ROLE

Site plan, Rendering

BRIEF

Aerial Atrium is a conceptual project designed to be situated along the Dog River bike path in Mobile, Alabama. Developed as a group, the project addresses the needs of local and migratory bird populations while enhancing the bike path in a sustainable and wildlife-friendly manner. By integrating thoughtful architecture with ecological sensitivity, the structure enhances the path’s functionality. Featuring towering domes and a series of elevated platforms, this structure was made to be a place where both local and migratory birds can thrive alongside humans in the area.

RESULT

After the group agreed upon a design and created the structure in Rhino, a series of renderings were produced using Enscape. The linework for the structure was then taken into illustrator and refined. To create the site plan, the linework was then overlaid onto a map of Mobile, Alabama, which was created in AutoCAD.
