BRIEF
Nexus is a conceptual project that explores the various ways that structural forms can be manipulated to create a unique space. This multi-level structure emphasizes how the distribution of light can bring a space to life in a creative way. The final outcome is a multi-level public space designed to encourage relaxation and interaction while harnessing natural light to shape the user experience. The space is ideal for people looking to take a break from their busy lives to enjoy fresh air and sunlight that at times is much needed. Featuring an intricate arrangement of panels that cast unique shadows, this space has the potential to be a truly memorable experience.
RESULT
This project is the culmination of an in-depth design exploration involving physical modeling, digital rendering, and technical drawings. A series of scale models to develop an initial framework for the design was a crucial step in the process. Additionally, an original logo and color palette were carefully curated to best fit the look and feel of the final design concept.
